    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: A lot. Did not receive cashback as promised.


    General comments: Sold me an Orange tariff that Orange didn't use any more! Was told I could change the tariff after 9 months - when I went to do this guess what - that's right I couldn't. I missed out on receiving cashback because I requested this a day late.....why...!? Could have taken them to court for maladministration but they refused to supply me with a copy of my original request so I couldn't. I requested this info under the Freedom of Information Act but they just ignored that request! Will NEVER do business with them EVER again!

    I was contacted by Club Mobile via my existing phone and the persistent saleswoman that called knew the contract offered was excessive, but placated by ensuring any problems would be expertly dealt with. My problem was being stressed and taking a contract after being stuck on the phone with a sales assistant for almost an hour listening to all kinds of personal stories, having BT engineers turn up to the house in the middle of it, all whom I was unable to deal with, due to this woman.     Do not fax your claim to Club Mobile as they will deny having received it!
    Send it by registered post!! That way you can check it has been delivered and when. Return your claim in plenty of time. Club Mobile seem to make their own dates up.

    My girlfriend got a phone and contract from Club Mobile, and she was not even told that the tariff she was quoted involved getting cashback every 3 months. When we found this out she complained and asked to have her contract cancelled. When we rang them up to complain they say they'll ring back but NEVER do, even if they promise. We've now made over 20 calls to them; all regarding the same issue, and it's still not resolved. They have said they'll cancel the contract, and we returned the phone a ...

    Like all sales people, after purchase they you don't exist at Clubmobile. Trying to obtain cash-back from them is nearly impossible. Try ringing customer services or faxing your bills to the new number.

    I am a customer of Clubmobile. I have a mobile deal of 12 months free line rental with cashback redemption, and they only paid up for 6 months. Now my contract has ended, and they still hold the payment. Every time I get in touch with them they just avoid me by saying "please give us more time". Their policy said that it would be 28 to 45 days to get my money back, but I had been waiting for more than 120 days. They paid me one extra month which amounted to 7 months of money instead of 12 months ...

    I and my family have three phones which we took via Clubmobile (part of Celltalk). We were promised cashback after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. I have only ever received the cashback on one of these phones (after 3 months), even though we have done everything requested by them. It is virtually impossible to contact them, if you try, you are on hold for 45 minutes on an expensive 0871 number (they get a kickback), and then the line goes dead.
