Good Points: Specialists
Fantastic aftersales service
Friendly
Willing to help
Will try and save money for you if possible.
Will do anything within warranty period.

Bad Points: A little pricy.

General comments: I have had 2 cars from mx5city and both times it was good.
They have mended one of my windows and replaced the other under warranty without quibble.
They changed my tyres on my 1st purchase before I got them as they had mud and snows, even though i never knew what mud and snows are.
They repaired paintwork that i didnt even know they were gonna do (small scatch and a chip on the bonnet)
The car came looking immaculate.
When i turned up for the car they showed me round the car and showed me things that they thought deserved doing even though i didn't request it.
My second car was just as good and i fully intend purchasing from them again.

I have purchased 2 cars from MX5 City now and I must say that I have found the service and quality of there cars to be some of the best.
Aftersales service is second to none in my opinion as they have fix a few things for me for free even when I have been out of warranty and always they will try to accomodate in any way they can, including giving me a lift home and on one occasion a courtesy car.
I fully recommend MX5 City.

**Customer story***
Got my car from MX5 City. And to be honest wasn't very impressed with there aftersales. The handbrake wasn't tightening, kept going back with that. Front drivers side brake wasn't rubbing the whole disc properly. The boot wouldn't open with the key.

About a month later the exhaust started blowing. Went back loads of times for the passenger side window(which is still bad )barely goes down. Had the car since around July 2005 and today(Jan 6th 2006) was MOT time. Looks like ...
