I bought this Bosch freezer a oouple of years ago. the product is excellent and no complaints there. The door handles are nice shape and look good but the brackets holding the door handles to the front panel of the fridge are extremely brittle. The door handle has come away from the fridge twice. I repaired the handles twice with some extra strong glue but through time the handles have come off again. When you have kids your fridge door could be opened about 20 times in a day. Again the product is excellent but the black brackets holding on the handles are very poor. I called a parts helpline before they wanted 180 euro to get new handles and brackets... no thnaks if any one has the same problem and I just want the black brackets which attach to the door of the fridge KAD62V50

I bought this after having a liebherr delivered last week. I am very happy but i needed another for my mum. Bosch fridge freezers I have had before have always been great and I am happy with the results once more.

I did extensive research before buying the Bosch KGU31125G frost free fridge freezer. I am extremely happy with the purchase.

It was delivered (free) on time by Comet, and they collected my old one for £15. I did consider buying the Bosch KGU31165G - Silver (only difference in colour) but it cost £50 more, so I went for the Bosch KGU31125 model.

Overall, I am very pleased so far.
