    Good Points: Sensitive, interesting, very intelligent presentation of a very important group of issues that face us today in our society.


    Bad Points: Need a sequel.


    General comments: The author has presented several important workplace issues in a sensitive, interesting and intelligent manner. I will absolutely include this book in the required reading list for my management students.
