The average service is good and fair, the follow ups are quiet encouraging and I would request for a prompt via my email on a weekly basis for available flights, routes and tariffs. this will enable me make proactive arrangements to buying my tickets early enough prior to peak periods at very cheap rates. This company does not know how to look after its clients they do not believe that they have a duty of care to people who have booked holiday with them. So this company does not have holiday reps on site so that means that you are on your own so my advice is stay clear of this company
