    I have just got off the phone with affordableholidays.com helpline and am fuming! i was told that Dave would call me back within half an hour with more details on my flight. Dave did not call me back but instead I had to call back two times within three hours and both times he would not come to the phone as he was conveniently 'unavailable'. I was hung up on and then I was put through to the answer phone message that the offices were closed!

    I will never deal with this company again and will take my complaints further about how i was treated by "Dave"

    As the name suggests World Wide Flights.com - They have great prices for worldwide destinations.Absolutely hassles frees booking process..In a nutshell got value for money.

    I booked 5 flights to Bangkok in January 2008 for the following December. The prices were good but you always felt something was amiss. What I did do was get a firm price with World Wide Flights over the phone and an e-mail confirmation of exactly what I wanted, flights, times destinations etc and paid by credit card. I then read some reviews and worried all the way to the airport. Everything though was ok and I would certainly use them again with more confidence. I think I had been unnecessaril ...

    world wide flights.com gave me excellent services and responded very quickly to all resolve all my doubts. they are truly the best tavel company i have ever dealt with. excellent customer service and superb flight prices is equal to affordable holidays. i didnt find anything bad with them.

    world wide flights rock! They are very good. They sell tickets at very low price very low but hey focous on custmer relations. I am just loving it !!

    there is no harm in trying them once and i have trust in them that they wont disappoint you.

    More than anything we look for a good fare, after all that matters at the end, to all of us and thats what is best at Worldwideflightss. Must say that these guys are best in business and top the trade

    I was facing some difficulties while checking the fares on worldwideflights website. Then I called their travel desk and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The travel Executive to whom I talked with and he helped me a lot. He was very polite and his service was excellent. Moreover the deal which he gave me was so good that the other travel agents were not at all near to that price. Once again I thank you for your help and support. I would like to book my tickets from Worldwideflights ...

    Helpful and understanding staff who gave me a better deal than all the other flight suppliers.Flight confirmation and itinery was immediate and comprehensive. No hidden surprises! Very pleased.

    Had much better service than other travel companies. One in Blackpool, who I shall not name, gave incorrect info and upped the price. Worldwide flights have booked Japan and Norway as well and given great value for money and service.

    Wish I'd have seen these reviews before I tried booking, I can honestly say this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, and I'm now struggling to get refunded, I'm also getting in touch with Trading Standards and ATOL about them.

    If the original fare had been booked and honoured then they would have been great value. However, the slow response caused us to lose the original fare and the failure of the second booking caused us to lose faith in their ability to deliver. They may be good but they certainly didn't deliver to us on this occasion.

    Booked tickets from Manchester to Cape Town, after chasing them many times tickets finally arrived 2 days before we were due to travel and tickets were different from confirmed booking.

    Not only had they booked us on outward bound flights from London instead of Manchester they had booked me to return to Manchester, but my partner was booked to return to London.

    I am trying to get my money back from them at the moment but they have completely ignored all communication.

    Flight was booked for Manchester to Cape Town via Paris and Johannesburg, confirmation received 2 months before departure but when the tickets finally turned up after constant chasing. They were Heathrow to Cape Town out bound and the return had myself returning to Manchester and my partner returning to Heathrow.

    re: booking flight from Newcastle (UK) - Melbourne (AU)

    Worldwideflights.com changed the dates, did not disclose layover stops and charged extra.

    (1) Changed dates of initial UK leg.

    (2) Disclosed London-Los Angeles. DID NOT disclose stop over at San Franscisco.

    (3) Return Melbourne - Los Angeles. DID NOT disclose stop over in Washington DC 1st resulting in a flight back to LA then onto London.

    (4) Did not disclose extra card charges until the end.

    (5) Gave a ticketing ...
