Good Points: Authentic, virtuosic blues harmonica.
Bad Points: Limited availability.
General comments: Will 'Harmonica' Wilde is without doubt one of today's great blues harpists, whose somewhat lethargic vocal style and intense virtuosic harp growl is distinctive and unique. 'Have Harp, Will Travel' acts as something of a tribute to the Chicago and Louisiana blues scenes of the 1960's, and reflects the growing interest in authentic harmonica blues that Wilde's recordings have initiated. Containing such blues classics as 'Trouble No More' and 'Walkin' by Myself', this release sees Will Harmonica Wilde in fine form.
