love this dvd. i bought it 3 ish years ago and still use it now. there are 3 sections of 30 mins which is really great as you can easily fit that in. i enjoy cardio box the best it is easy to pick up and get into. the other 30 miniute workout is pump which is very hard on your legs and involves alot more sqwats and includes weights to help tone your arms. to be honest i dont do the last 30 minute section which is called core stability - because altho it does work your insides i just dont feel like ive done any exasize so prefer to do one of the others again. overall really good and because its old now you could proberly pick it up cheap!

Love this work out DVD, I prefer the boxing section and within a few weeks you get great results :o)

Excellent dvd, good excersises keeps your energy going throughout the day. Well worth the buy!
Cardio box section is fun and wants you doing more! It is hard to start with, getting all the moves in each section, but if you keep at it like I have then it becomes a little easier.

Really enjoyable exercise, great length to squeeze into your day. Slightly disappointed the workouts aren't quite as intense as they claim, they certainly don't work you at full capacity. Still a worthwhile buy, and definitely better than doing no exercise at all! (Core Stability section is incredibly relaxing)

The DVD is a great workout, and if done everyday, you will see a difference in 2 weeks, I even noticed a difference in a couple of days with my arm and legs being more toned.

If you want a DVD that works your entire body in short bursts this is great. Also the core stability element is excellent. All the best elements of a gym workout in the comfort of your own home!

Davina, My Three 30 Minute Workouts is a great DVD for people with little time to exercise. You can always find half and hour to fit it in. It is hard at first but gets easier after a while, and the Cardio Box is great fun!!!
