Good Points: Helpful and friendly staff who keep you informed along the way
Bad Points: None that were their fault
General comments: First experience with Creditplus and definitely a good one. Would be happy to recommend to anyone who needs finance at any time.

The service was truly amazing and I still cannot believe how easy the whole process was! The credit plus team did all the leg work for me, the guy from credit plus asked me to describe the car of my dreams, I replied a Mercedes CLK, automatic with leather, his reply was in his exact words ' you will have that in your drive way my friend '.

I dealt with Credit plus for the very first time having 'stumbled' across them by chance and thought id give them a go... Well what a pleasant surprise that was, had immediate contact from an underwriter to explain i will be contacted in due course by a customer representative.
Loan was approved almost immediately... followed by a phone call and text by the very friendly staff.. they kept me up to speed on every occasion either by text or call.. Text if i wasn't obtainable.
There was a delay ...

I had been looking for a car for a few weeks and couldn't find anything locally that I liked. When Credit plus explained they would find the car and deliver it direct to my door it opened up my choice and I feel I have a far better car as a result. They also offered me a better finance rate than I was quoted elsewhere, great service.

Quality - from start to finish the service was extraordinary. They genuinely go the extra distance to help - no ifs or buts. I know they are sales people, i have dealt with sales people all my life, these are a massive cut above the average.
I have written a thank you note commending them and in particular the sales man i dealt with ( even helped me Christmas eve !! )..........how many finance companies do you get the urge to write in to thank ? I highly recomend them. I have passed there deta ...

A special thank you to them. The man who I dealt with was so good, I look forward to buying my next car from him again some time down the line.
I was nervous at first, but it is a real treat that my family have had 3 cars now from Credit Plus, all bought blind so to say, but they were brilliant!

One year down the line, and the car we got with Credit Plus is running perfectly, and we are both very happy customers.
I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.
