Jordan states “this is the exact programme I followed…” I don’t think so Katie Price – it looks as though you’ve never done any exercise in your life, besides I don’t think you can regularly do that much jumping with those chesticles! Simple and effective workout which I enjoyed although I would prefer if Jordan wasn't there! The trainer, Richard, is brilliant explaining positioning etc well and it keeps a good level of intensity throughout without being too much. I liked the timer in the corner of the screen to let you know how much of the workout section you had completed. After using it 2,3 times I had enough. Jordan is very demotivating not exercising properly. If you looking for something to burn calories and you are already not in a bad shape I would do not recommend it. (read more)

i have just started this dvd jordan workout about a week ago and i am already starting to lose weight and tone up. i find the hard core abs section fantastic as i have ad 2 children and needed to get back it to shape quick for summer this is the dvd to do that. (read more)

I've just got this dvd done it last night and I'm aching! I found that Jordan put me off as she doesn't even do the exercises properly. The workout in itself was good if you follow the trainer but Jordan really annoyed me. I will however carry on with it as it gave a good workout! (read more)

I would recommend Jordan - The Jordan Workout dvd to anyone who wants to tone up, loose weight and generally get in good shape. Theres no difficult steps which often puts me off in other dvd and in just 20 minutes i was working up a sweat. It makes you feel really positive and its so easy to stick to! I do mine 4-5 times a week and i love it! Richard really pushes you and makes you work hard making the results visible in no time. 10/10! (read more)

I do The Jordan Workout around 3 times a week and I have noticed a huge difference in my body. Im more toned, Ive lost about a stone and I have a lot more energy now than I used to. (My bum is a lot smaller too!) Katie is always smiling and keeping it cheerful and interesting and Richard Callander is great motivation!
I think that this workout is like having a personal trainer (Richard) and then some motivation and inspiration there too (Katie) but Im not complaining!

I went from a size 12 to a size 6 with doing this workout and I'm really happy with my figure now. I do it every morning and it sets me up for the day. Plus some sit-ups of my own and some stretches. (read more)

I recommend Ministry of Sound Burn it or Lose It 2007 as it is much more effective and gets you knackered. If you get it you have to try section 2 cause it's so effective it also teaches you great sexy dance moves that also make you lose weight and it gets you so motivated. I love Burn It or Lose It and would recommend it any day, but Jordan's I would never recommend - yawn!!! (read more)

This is brilliant, because it has the right exercise moves for me to do, and I can cope with them, but all the other DVD workouts that I have tried I haven't stuck to them, but this one I have! I recommend that you get The Jordan Workout exercise DVD, because if you want to get a flat tummy fast, this would be the workout for you. (read more)

It is really good, and I would definitely recommend it to people who are just starting out, but I suggest you do the stomach bit twice.
The Jordan Workout is definitely one of the best exercise DVD's out this year.

I think the Jordan Workout DVD is really good and if your willing to do the workout 2-3 times a week you will start to notice a difference, as it tones you up. It a really good dvd for beginners and advanced as it quite easy and it shows you how to make it harder. (read more)

I think that the Jordan workout DVD is really good for beginners or advanced as they show you easy and harder ways for those more advanced. I like the fact that your not jumping around getting tired before you actually do some excercise. (read more)

I was pretty loathe to buy The Jordan Workout, but after a friend recommending it to me I decided to buy it and start working off the Christmas feast.
It's actually pretty good and Jordan does her best to make it fun. I could probably have done with something a little bit more strenous and testing but this DVD will be perfect for girls looking to get into exercise.
All in all I'd say this is a pretty good DVD and I would recommend it to those looking to get into shape.

I found this review very helpful because...i am looling to lose weight as i am going away in june to dominican republic and really want to look nice in my bikini ha. i did try it once but it hurt me so much a stopped but am going to keep at it this time. thank you your review has put the motivation in me.
