    Good Points: Lots of good things in it.


    Bad Points: Does not really fill me up and its to easy to eat. (ie difficult to stop eating) Also how much sugar is in it?


    General comments: I am sure as a kid Alpen Original used to be sweeter. Ok its still sweet at the moment, but thats my problem with it. I can eat a box in one go. So need to avoid.

    Alpen Original is a healthy and wholesome breakfast cereal. I enjoy this every morning with natural fruit yoghurt...brilliant!

    Alpen Original is one of the best ways to get fibre in your diet.
    Love the taste and it's even better when it's warmed up.

    I remember what Alpen use to be years ago when
    I was much younger, it was a lot different than
    it is now. It is NOT Alpen Original any more.
    It was much nicer, the contents was
    better selected, better proportioned. I wish it
    could be the way it was, for now I may give it up
    for good.
