    Good Points: Good deal on car in good condition Willing to come in on a sunday to make the sale

    Bad Points: Problems with car were not pointed out Dishonest Bad Customer Service

    General comments: I bought a used BMW 328i a month ago from Autoplex of Richmond. The car appeared to be in excellent condition. Shortly after buying it, I had it checked out, and found that the rotors and pads had to be replaced. Also a bracket was missing off of the caliper. The rear body clips needed replacement. One of the actuators for the door lock failed within 2 weeks. The windshield had a almost unnoticable crack running along the edge. I called the dealer several times and was told I would receive calls back which I never did. Overall very frustrating experience.
