Ballatore Extra Dry is lightly sweeter than the competition, with an interesting crisp finish most sweet whites lack. Some may find the change in flavor from the first few seconds of tasting to the slightly crisp finish strange (if they even notice!). Lacks depth in tones, and product consistency from time to time.
