    Good Points: Nothing in my experience.


    General comments: From January 26th-March 18th, I received 1 movie and 2 games. I had a 2 out at a time plan and never received 2 games or movies at once. It took approximately a week and a half to receive a new game.
    I am not happy with this service, and not happy with www.GameZnFlix.com.

    Gameznflix is the way to go! I am in the military and a avid videogame head. I like the fact that they have military discount for us. The discount is for all military members including civilian contractors and dependants. Plus you get a free trial along with that discount. It's definitely a lot cheaper than Blockbuster or Netflix. All the guys in the barracks use Gameznflix as well. I've never had any incidents like these other folks have. But I have had a dvd become late a couple times but ...

    I have been a member for over a year and a half. They have always been bad with inventory but now it is ridiculous! I have the three at a time plan but it is useless for me as I haven't had anything shipped in over a month. BE WARNED!

    Evidently they do not have a large inventory, because wait time for orders placed here is HUGE.

    Takes a while to get games, i have a 3 game out plan and i have only had 3 once. game selection for Wii is skimpy. GameznFlix Ok for the money, but once my prepaid is over i'm going back to gamefly

    Hold games received for sometimes 4 to 10 days before shipping another. The more out plan you have the worse it is. They only carry 78 out of over 400 ,360 titles and 51 of over 250 ps3. Old games they ship are very scratched up and many just don't work. You cannot browse their site especially for DVD's because they will only show you a few at a time so to go through 500 movies would take days to do. I have been a member for over a year.

    They are still a start up but doing better as each day passes. Have extras on their web-site like podcasts of extreme sports and movies, a bunch of stuff that is free to whomever clicks in.They have movie downloads already for a price and are thinking ahead to when DVDs will no longer be our media for games and movies.

    I have been with Gamexnflix.com for 3 monmths now. Although this is lesser known site than Gamefly, but really comparable and Great value for money.

    The service has been excellent. I started renting movies three months ago from GameZnFlix and it's been great! I heard about them from a friend. I don't understand how they're not just as popular as NetFlix. GameZnFlix are cheaper, and they also have games.

    I received an awful service GameZnFliz online DVD rental. I had the 6 out at time deal and I never got the full 6. They were bad in updating the queue. Their customer service was awful, and you can only contact them through email. They gave general answers that were not specific to the situation. I have since cancelled my subscription.

    It has been 4 weeks, and I have not received a refund. I am going through the BBB. I also didn't have some of my general questions answered until way after I h ...

    GamezNFlix has come a long way in the past couple of years. At first they did not have their act together and could not deliver on their promises. They are now doing much better. I see they just added books and audio books to their list of products. These can only be purchased at this time though I've heard they intend to have them for rental at some point in the future.

    I have been a subscriber with GameZnFlix for two months now and am very happy with the price and service. My son is all excited that you can also rent games. This is the only company that rents games and movies. This company seems to be doing the right things now and is growing in the right direction.

    I received my first two GameZnFlix titles promptly. The next two titles I have yet to receive. I'm in the process of closing my account due to their poor service in rectifying the situation. Poor, poor customer service.

    I used to use Netflix DVD rental, and also game pass from Blockbuster, but now I that I have joined Gameznflix, it is saving me over $30.00 a month. They also have a lot of choices for games as well as movies. In fact they have more games than Blockbuster do. It's a great site.

    We have Xbox 360, Playstation, Game Cube, and a PSP. We love to watch movies too. That's why GameZnFlix is the best online rental service for us. The 6 out at a time is unbelievable!
    I give it a Perfect 10 !!!

    I'm so glad I have found out about this rental service. I am no longer a Blockbuster online customer.

    Overall, I am satisfied with the GameZnFlix online DVD rental service. They are Cheaper than Netflix, and I love the games option for the same price. I used to get 3 out for 16.99 per month; now I am on the 6 out for 20.75 per month, as there are many older movies that I have yet to see. I will probably switch back after the year to the 3 out.

    With GameZnFlix online DVD rental there are a few plans, but one of the most popular plans is the $16.99 plan. With that plan you get 3 titles out at a time (games or movies), Unlimited rentals. Keep 3 and send them back, then get 3 more.

    It beats Blockbuster and is cheaper than Netflix. Plus you get a 2 Week FREE Trial!
