    Good Points: None!


    Bad Points: Everything!


    General comments: I have been chasing my claim with these people for 4 months! the customer service is disgusting and they are in no hurry to help you!! After paying over £400 in emergency charges in a 3rd world country, they require taxi and on call emergency doctor receipts.

    I submitted ONE travel ins. claim to Primary for £300 for my family of four,due to relocation away from hurricane 'Wilma' in Florida and they deducted FOUR amounts of £50 excess,even for my children aged 9 & 10.I ended up with £100.
    One claim should attract one amount of excess,not four!
    Had I had four children,I would have received nothing!
    Never again will I use this company.
