We bought a suite from Multiyork in 2005 ( 2 sofas 1 chair). The cost was £ £ 3600.00. After only 4 years this furniture from the alleged "Master Furniture Makers" looks like something we pulled out of a dumpster. All the cushions sag, none of the piping lines up, the fabric is worn badly and it is a daily fiddle to adjust the loose covers as other wise the whole affair would look even WORSE. FYI...this is in a house with 2 careful adults and no children. The worse money we have EVER spent. I would seriously advise anyone to stay clear of them., never mind how lovely the showroom or or friendly their sales staff. The quality is terrible. My previous furniture didn't look like that after 18 years of use.

not very happy with multiyork teddington. purchased two sofas and a chair at a coat of more than £4500.The cushions sag terribly after only a short period of time. Wish we had bought from another company as the after sales service is dire.

Better quality than DFS, Harveys, Funiture Village and other shops as I believe most of their sofas are made using cheap plywood. We plan to shop at Multiyork in the future as we have looked at other shops again and they haven't improved.

We purchased a Multiyork suite (2 sofas and a chair) because we wanted to have more choice of fabrics and style of sofas and we were happy to experience this buying process and were prepared to pay more money, as we were impressed by the quality and ethos which Multiyork offered in comparison to other retailers at the time. However, this has worked out to be a mistake, as it's been a bit like buying a suite which you haven't actually seen or sat on, until it arrives in your home. We paid &pou ...
