    This is a classic Remington shotgun done in .410 bore. If you're looking for a smallbore shotgun for not too much money then this Remington is a perfect choice.

    High quality 410 pump. Nice feel and weight centre. Lives up to remingtons standard for their shotguns. If you can get one other than the wingmaster w/ screw in chokes, grab it up

    My expectations due to the 870s history and reputation were high. I was very disappointed when I discovered the feeding problem described in bad points.
    After much thought, I found the shells were snagging on the shell stops when they were cammed by the action bars, there was no way those shells were coming out. The solution, I ground down the inner edges of the shell stops with a dremmel fitted with a abrasive stone, problem solved.

    The Remington 870 small bore .410 is a very good gun. only 1 down point though. Some times there are feeding problems but that only happens when you have a shell chambered and others in reserve and you pump the chambered shell out enough to get it out and not so the other ones will feed. Then the one shell will get caught and you have to use a stick to fix it. But I use it for geese (load your own buckshot) and skeet. It's a great gun the weight is heavy compared to a Mossberg 500 410 and other ...
