Heinz Weight Watchers Country Vegetable Soup is filling, tastes good and has tons of vegetables in. I'm not trying to lose weight, but this soup (with some bread) is enough as a meal for me. If you like your soups thick and creamy then it definitely isn't for you though. (read more)

Heinz Weight Watchers tasty, vegetable soup. It does what it says on the tin. Great if you are on a diet...or trying to maintain the same weight. The weight is dropping off me. I have one of these for lunch everyday with no bread. I follow it with an apple or peach. WORKS FOR ME! (read more)

To be honest, the way that Heinz has made Weight Watchers Country Vegetable Soup low in calories is by adding an inordinate amount of water and halving the can size. I'd recommend you buy a can of proper soup instead which is far more satisfying and filling than the Weight Watchers Soup after which you still feel like more food. (read more)
