I actually own four Oreck vacuums because they are the lightest and easiest to use but I will try another brand next time I need a new vacuum to explore better quality. (read more)

I am very impressed with the Oreck XL 21 vacuum, and can't say enough about it. I highly recommend it.

It is great for people with allergies. It uses a bag instead of the bag-less vacuums out there, but it is better with a bag, because when you go to empty the canister on a bag-less, the dirt and germs blow around. If you inhale that it can make you sick. It has two speeds, high for rug, and low for wood or other flooring. It is so lightweight a child could lift it up, which is great... (read more)
