    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Where do I start...


    General comments: Finally after many phone calls and having to request a clawback from my credit card company, did I get my money back on 28th January nearly three months from the date The Pine Factory debited my account. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they have no idea what Customer Service is let alone provide it. If my experience is anything to go by then anybody attempting to buy anything from them now should think twice.....

    I ordered a Hamlet Interior Door from The Pine Factory on the 7th November 2005. The door was promised for the first week in December and after phoning during first week in December delivery would be delayed by a further week, I asked for a guaranteed delivery by Christmas I was told the door would definitely be delivered by Christmas. My experience in dealing with this company has been extremely disappointing a catalogue of broken promises. On trying to contact you sales line Friday 23rd Dece ...
