Good Points: About the finest Lancashire cheese available. It has a drier texture than the usual supermarket Lancashires, with a mild but distinct tang. Superb stuff!
Bad Points: A little pricey, but worth it to cheese lovers.
General comments: Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire cheese is well worth seeking out. It will remind you why Lancashire cheese is rightfully, one of the most popular cheeses in the UK. You can buy it as mild or more mature. You can also get it in smoked varieties. Give yourself a treat, and find out what real Lancashire cheese should taste like.
