    Good Points: Easy to order, huge selection of items, best price i could find & cleary stated the shipping cost.


    Bad Points: Slight delay in receiving the item but i was informed of this almost immediately so no trouble really.


    General comments: Great service from Cookware-Online.co.uk - I'm sure things have changed a lot since the negative review here. They contacted me to let me know there would be a slight delay, but they kept me informed and were very helpful. Item arrived 2 days earlier than the initial revised delivery date. Well packed so undamaged on arrival.

    Cookware-Online - what a find. After my appalling dealings with Jean Patrique, I have found Cookware-Online, to be absolutely superb. Their prices are excellent, the quality is superb and delivery is usually next day. They are pleasant to talk to on the phone, and they are very easy to deal with - not loads of waiting to get through either.

    I placed an order with Cookware Online for Christmas and every dealing I had with the company was of a poor standard in my opinion. I will not be buying again.
