Good Points: Fantastic range of items, great quality and excellent prices.
Bad Points: None at all so far.
General comments: Cookware-Online - what a find. After my appalling dealings with Jean Patrique, I have found Cookware-Online, to be absolutely superb. Their prices are excellent, the quality is superb and delivery is usually next day. They are pleasant to talk to on the phone, and they are very easy to deal with - not loads of waiting to get through either.
I have placed several orders with them in the last couples of week, and everything has arrived, well packaged, within the time limit and good communications if certain items are out of stock (only two out of all my orders, which I think is great, and they have followed on very quickly).
All round a superb company, who has now got all my business. I hope they are as happy as I am. My kitchen has been transformed thanks to them.

I placed an order with Cookware Online for Christmas and every dealing I had with the company was of a poor standard in my opinion. I will not be buying again.
