Good Points: Light.
General comments: I don't recommend buying thses. I'm returning mine tomorrow, I can't tighten them so I feel like I'm riding a wave when i skate.

Silver Truck Co. Black & Silver are light, responsive, and have been very sturdy, they have taken a beating and handle high impact, some people just seem to get unlucky with their trucks. Over all I thought these trucks are pretty good, id buy them again.

People on here have been dissing these trucks for way too long now. I have no problem with them. They are pretty light and last a long time. I had them on my board(s) for about 7 months and the only problem I've had was one broken kingpin. Sometimes after kingpin adjustment they don't feel broken in, but overall they are great trucks.

First of all, I want to start by saying that if you are going to buy Silver Trucks, DO NOT put on the protective bolts on the side of the trucks. I'm saying this only because they DO fall out easily, and it DOES get frustrating. I have skated with the same pair of Silvers for a few months now, and you don't NEED the bolts anyways, so don't waste your time (and patience) with them.
Alright, so I've heard from certain people that the kingpin on their Silvers break pretty easily. For me, the Sil ...

When I first brought the Silver Truck Co. Black & Silver trucks I thought that they would be good because of the price and the team riders. But I thought wrong, after only a week the 'protective' bolts at the end of the trucks fell off! all four. Also when I let someone who can't even ollie use my board. He manged to break the kingpin how I don't know, but he wasnt ollieing a 16 stair with it lol, The kingpin is bad to tighten. Anyway I suggest not to buy them buy Tensors or Indys.

When I bought my Silver trucks I thought that they were cool, but they lasted me about two to three weeks, then they started get loose for no reason. On the other hand, my friend bought some, and they were great for him. He has had them for about three months.
I guess they are only good for people who skate loosely.

At first Silver Trucks are OK (not great) - They turn OK, don't look bad and are a medium weight. They are good for your first trucks.However... In the process of becoming a more advanced skater you gradually begin to ollie higher and gain more height with every pop. Because of this, your trucks take more of a beating.Silvers were the first trucks I ever had and when I could ollie 2 decks they completely snapped in half in a short amount of time. They lasted 4 months for me which is sad because ...

Silver Trucks are a good truck for anyone who needs good tough trucks I have been skating lots of trucks and I find these are going to last me for years, I usually wreck the axle by doing freestyle and my kickflips aren't too consistent so I land on them a lot, I also have problems by grinding away the nut on the kingpin son the inversion is great a definite must buy for any truck wrecker like me.

When I first purchased a pair of Silver Trucks, I thought they were great. Until they broke a week later. After sending them back to Silver, it took almost a month to get my warranted trucks back. When I got them, they were both defective, with sub-par casting and bent axles, and they were beginning to rust. Do NOT purchase these trucks, they suck, and so does their customer service.

I really like my red Silver Trucks. The weight and axle shields are awesome. However, I over tightened one of my shields and it snapped off. I guess that was my fault though.

Well all the features are really good, although I think they should have utilised a nut holder like fury do, so that you would only have to use an alan key to put them onto a deck. The axle protectors are an amazing idea and have sort of worked for now...I haven't had them that long. Why I say almost is because if the board does land on the axle it can sometimes manage to loosen the axle protectors. This is what happened to me and 1 of the axle protecters bent. I tried to bend it back and it see ...

These trucks are just awesome they dont were down at all really. They are smooth they dont look ugly. They are light( extremely light) and really strong. They are completely original and they dont do what any other truck does. like axle shifting and axle bolt thrashing with that protector. The kingpin idea takes away axle shifting, clearance is perfect, and it is compatable with any skatetool. I must say i havn't had them that long but they really do freakin rule. Get some if you see some.
