Excellant reception and the screen size is good with 65k colours. The ringtones add dimention. The sleek design adds attraction to the Samsung X100.

Overall the Samsung X100 is of good quailty and I would say that it is better than the previous phone that I had. Perhaps a radio and a camera would have been a good idea, but otherwise it is a good phone. Well done Samsung I give is 9/10.

I am quite happy to use the Samsung X100, the mobile phones LCD is quite attractive and the device overall is modern in look and functions. But if you prefer loud ringtones and easy SMS message options, perhaps this set won't satisfy you like its other competitors. The bad thing about it is the location of the speaker; it is on the back of the handset and the sound is obstructed while in hand and if kept flat on bed. Anyway, on this budget, the phone is not bad.

I've owned the Samsung X100 mobile phone for just over a month. I am delighted with it, with the single exception of reception. It is adequate, but I think the fact that there is no outside aerial gives not such good reception. However it does make the phone neater and better to carry. Texting is very good and Samsung have simplified it. The colour screen makes reading text simple and I have found no problem with storing lots of messages. The phone has been designed to fit snuggly in the hand an ...

I was going to buy the new Samsung X600 but after reading the specification and comparing it with the Samsung X100 I realised the only real difference between the two was the camera. I don't really see the need for a camera on a mobile so went for the cheaper X100. It has a great colour screen and an easy to use menu system. The keys are well spaced for all but the sausage fingered and the phone is really light weight, (only 83 grms) so sits easily in your pocket. The 40 polyphonic ringtones are ...
