Repairs Process, current model with no stocks in for repairs. Either this is a very bad model or they didn't intend to have any repairs to perform... erm! I say the former!
Received faulty product from DABs who have been no help at all! Esplex the authorised repair centre for Acer haven't been forth coming with any dates on the expected return of my laptop other than it will be 2 weeks each time I call. They've had it 5 weeks now and it is my warranty and use of the item that they are all wasting.
I vow never to buy from DABS and ACER again - their service has been absolutely appalling.
