Good Points: Cost of Unit
Bad Points: See below
General comments: Repairs Process, current model with no stocks in for repairs. Either this is a very bad model or they didn't intend to have any repairs to perform... erm! I say the former!
Received faulty product from DABs who have been no help at all! Esplex the authorised repair centre for Acer haven't been forth coming with any dates on the expected return of my laptop other than it will be 2 weeks each time I call. They've had it 5 weeks now and it is my warranty and use of the item that they are all wasting.
I vow never to buy from DABS and ACER again - their service has been absolutely appalling.

In conclusion the Acer Aspire 5024WMLi is a great laptop for very little money that does all I want it to do and more. It even plays high spec games with no frame rate problems, although this is not what I bought the laptop for.
The only downfalls are the keyboard can be a little slow and unresponsive and the centre 4 way scroll device(sorry dont know the proper term) has never worked but believe it is a software problem and not a hardware fault.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this ...
