    Good Points: Registering was quick and easy


    Bad Points: The Web site had spelling mistakes and fields which couldn't be completed, and this made me feel uneasy.
    The helpline phone simply cuts off after a short period.
    I am having trouble getting a refund.


    General comments: I registered with Insta Money, but the process was inconsistent with what was described in the FAQ. Aspects of the website raised warning bells, but I went ahead and deposited £100 into Insta Money's RBS account, which is where it disappeared. The money was not transferred, and Insta Money are ignoring requests for a refund.
