Gas heating working fine until maintenance carried out by a Domestic & General contractor. Took in excess of 24 hours for repair person to come out - after numerous calls and diagnosis by telephone. Fault traced to sticky valve (dirt from maintenance activity ?) not the diagnosis the 'expert' gave on the telephone. Part has had to be ordered - as they don't hold spares - and still we wait for a repair. All this for £177 per year.- Read GraemeRiches's review (106 words and 1 comment)
