Have been waiting for a replacement spring pad since January - paid in full online as it was in stock. They said they didn't have one in stock after all and wouldn't have any for a few weeks. I said to deliver it when they could as it was not really urgent as long as it was before April. End March I emailed to find out where it was - no response, called at beginning of April, no response, sent a couple of emails through April. Called and they said they couldn't get access to the computer... (read more)

I have been trying to get a replacement 10ft Octojump safety pad since October last year. I bought the trampoline 5 years ago and purchased it from this company due to being able to replace spare parts and the 10 year frame warrantee. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company to track down the parts and they first said they had sold out and will re-stock in the Spring. I check the website all the time and it is always out of stock. I called and was advised they would have them... (read more)

Been trying to order replacement pads for my 10ft Octagonal trampoline for 18 months but always out of stock. Have raised a sales enquiry via the website (no response in 2 weeks) and nobody ever answers the phone. The quality of the product is brilliant, shame the service is not at the same level. Would love to hear if anyone ever got a respone. (read more)

Just called Jump for fun and someone answered phone straight away. It sounds like that the company has been taken over. I was enquiring about the same pad they had limited stock of the narrowest size. It sounded as if they were going to manufacture some more 8 weeks delivery. Hope this helps

Thanks. Called again since and was answered after a couple of attempts. Same feedback - just taken on the franchise, limited stock. Sounds promising

I purchased trampoline tent 9/9/12 , came very fast. Excited to put up. The bars would not fit in slots. I rang them and they said they will replace the tent but I needed to send pics. That was fine, I sent the pics straight away. 7 weeks later I have heard nothing. I have called and emailed. I rang again today 31/10 and they are off on holidays and be back early Nov. A joke of service. Would advise everybody to stay clear from this company. Cause it's money wasted and time too. Overall... (read more)

Product was reasonable quality but when the Frame broke at the weld the support has been appalling. They claim the frames have a warrantee but they have been unable to supply a replacement frame. Contacting their service team by phone or by email is terrible with perhaps 2/10 emails/calls returned. I claimed originally in the Autumn and was eventually told they could get me a replacement in late spring early summer. This moved to Mid Summer and I am still waiting (October) and even... I ordered a trampoline which arrived last week, i had to wait for a couple of months as the item i wanted was out of stock due to it's popularity. When i ordered the member of sales staff took me through the different types of trampoline and which would be best suited to my needs. As i have 4 kids ranging from 10-17 it was decided that the 12ft popular was the ideal trampoline. The gentleman i dealt with was really clued up on trampolines and gave me plenty of advice and a few handy tips for... (read more)

Our 10ft Jump for Fun octagonal trampoline is a joy. I can hear the laughter of our children who are bouncing on it in the garden as I write this. I much appreciated the advice of Jump for Fun who recommended the most appropriate model for our children. I explained it was a birthday gift and was impressed that it arrived the next day. Having looked into many trampolines, the quality of the product is clear, for example having 72 8.5 inch springs (which on a 10ft trampoline is... (read more)

Very poor product. We ordered at the beginning of Summer. There was a problem with the part, which I was told sometimes happens but which caused me to wasted about 3 hours on. The new parts arrived and things went from bad to worse. Approximately 6 weeks later and now that summer is over, it is finally resolved but only after suggesting we would allow small claims court to resolve the matter. The company did eventually assemble the frame and return it free of charge. The attitude of the... (read more)

Have bought two sets of replacement pads for our trampolines from Jump for Fun. Having done a deal of research on the internet I found their website informative and helpful and the pads were exactly as described - very high quality and very good value compared to some other brands. Both sets arrived incredibly quickly and we have been very impressed with the quality. There turned out to be a minor manufacturing defect with one of the pads and the speedy, efficient and customer-focused... (read more)

Our Jump For Fun trampoline is excellent quality and the surround, cover and ladder and delivery were included in the price. I did find it a bit time consuming but not overly difficult to erect and feels very study and robust. It does seem safer to me as the kids do not bump into each other . We bought the 10ft Octajump deluxe and are very happy with our choice but it took a lot of surfing and comparing. (read more)

Very good trampolines and much safer. We recently bought an Octajump. Its a 14ft octagonal, because of the shape its safer as it means the jumpers dont collide in the middle like a round one.Plus its bouncier than round ones.Quality is fantastic. We are happy parents! (read more)

We bought Jump For Fun's 14 ft Sky Jump. It's amazing 108 springs that are 8.5 inches long. It's bounce really puts to shame the average trampoline with 88 springs 7 inch long. Six legs makes it very very sturdy, and the frame is massive. I think an elephant or two could use it. Great fun and exercise! (read more)

Hi ,You are in USA and apparently expected no shipping charge ? We have arranged a refund of your initial order

Ummm excuse me.. I paid what it told me was due thank you. If you work for the company that is a rude response and again poor customer service. If a refund was arranged them why have I yet to be notified. I opened a ticket and no response. But I post here and I get a response... I paid what it told me to pay so that is your issue with the website not my issue. But please do refund my money and I will go with another company.
