Scammers .. take the cash & never deliver then ignore all refund requests whilst making money from an 0845 number - do not use!

Ordered headset from Fone Planet and never received it. Phoned numerous times but received no reply whenever I tried, emailed at least 10 times but again received no reply. Never got the product, and have never received a refund!

Ordered an in car kit adaptor for my Sony Ericsson kit from Fone Planet. I've had no delivery yet. After calling them they informed me that the item is discontinued and they can't supply. It took me to call them to be told this. Have been after them for a refund ever since. When I do get through they give a date that a refund will be given and so far I'm still waiting.

Goods arrived quickly and they were the cheapest on price. Cusomter service also seemed to know what they were talking about. have recommended them to all my friends.

I Ordered a phone in Dec 07 which according to the website was in stock. No Phone arrived in 3-4 days as promised and there was no tracking number .Phoned foneplanet who advised phone waiting to be despached, still no phone. Rang again and was given false tracking number and false hope. The company is very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Requested a refund and was promised 3-5 days.I have no hope of getting money back and have contacted my bank and Trading standards. .

Ordered a PSP on 27 November which according to the website was in stock. Even paid through the roof for next day delivery. No PSP after a couple of days, no tracking number in my account. Phoned foneplanet....oh we have none in stock, weshould have some in 3-4 days. Ok left it for a week...Still no PSP in stock when contacted, same answer 3-4 days at which point i cancelled the order. The said i would get a refund on my card within a week. Refund never came---------ended up getting a char ...

I purchased an iphone from there website on 7th Nov for delivery on the Friday 9th November, then got contacted by e-mail, to say there was a problem with my address, so phoned them up and gave them my details. I expected delivery for the following Monday, phone did not arrive. Phoned them up again and said they would give me a tracking number, which they failed to deliver. Ordered Sept 9th 07 and I'm still waiting for my phone to be delivered next day.
Customer service is terrible IF you can contact them.
DO NOT BUY FROM FONE PLANET.

The in-car charger I ordered for my phone was not delivered. I subsequently became unhappy with the handset I had bought and wish to return it. I have contacted Fone Planet by phone, by email and via 'contact us' and have had absolutely no response. It appears to be impossible to return goods bought from this website.

I have since had an email saying my money has been refunded. It has not been refunded. I have phoned repeatedly and been put on hold. Fone Planet will took my money quick enough but they will not give it back. This has been going on since the 28 August 2007 when I paid for a new earpiece. I will never use Fone Planet again and tell anyone with any sense not to use them in future.

I have never submitted a review before but was so annoyed about the lack of service and professionalism from this company I felt I should. I ordered an Ivak iPod cover on the 23rd August from Foneplanet. I have left it until today (06/9) to give them plenty of time. I called this morning to be told the item was out of stock and not coming back in. They had debited my card and not informed me that there was no hope of getting the product. The worst customer service I have ever received, I have learned a lesson and WILL NOT be ordering anything from the internet again. The first time I have done such a thing and will never do it again.

I recently ordered a new phone from Fone Planet. I used them partially because of the cost and partially because they explicitly state in their delivery section that they use Royal Mail. I've had bad experiences before with the like of City Link and wanted a reliable, convenient delivery.
Unfortunately I got home tonight to find a "pick up from depot" slip from City Link, involving a 90 minute round trip for me to their depot. Why state you use Royal Mail when you don't? Very poor.

Fone Planet is a good shop no problems phone was actually early arriving
