    Good Points: Good pictures on website and easy to use
    Good value for money
    Confirmation email
    Payment not charged until goods despatched
    Good customer service
    Goods despatched same/ next working day if in stock


    Bad Points: The company itself were excellent, but in my case the delivery company used by Babycare did let them down.
    Phone lines only available Tues-Fri 10-4pm.


    General comments: After a bad experience buying a car seat off the internet with another Co., I rang BabyCare to check they had the item in stock. They did and said it would be with me within 5 working days. I received an email the same day confirming my order, saying the item had been despatched that day and would be with me within 2 working days. Due to the delivery company (Interlink) I had a few problems receiving the item.
