    General comments: Ordered a xmas pressie on 12/12/07. CD Jungle said in stock with 3 - 5 days delivery, but it has not arrived for xmas. Now I've got to go and buy one to wrap up.

    I have been a regular buyer from CDWOW. Came across CD Jungle last month through Kelkoo. Prices are cheaper than cdwow. Placed order on last monday, got dispatch mail on tuesday and cd was with me on thursday. Good service as compared to cdwow as it takes 5-7 days to get cd from them after placing order. Definitely would recommend them as the prices are quite friendly.

    I wish I'd read these reviews before dealing with CD Wow. How could I make the same mistake twice you ask??? Because they advertise under CD Wow. The invoice is from CD Jungle. So it's easy to forget whose website you looked up.

    May be the cheapest but do yourself a favour and pay that little bit more from a reputable supplier, at least it will arrive.

    We ordered a CD that came 1 week after placing the order, we expected it to be quicker as the registered address is in Norway and an email confirming dispatch came the day after ordering.

    When the item arrived it was packaged in a very flimsy brown envelope with a very thin lining and no bubble protection. The envelope was oversized and so the CD was not secure. The item had been sent from India and was wrapped up in tape, the address was also secured by tape to the front.

    I ordered a CD via CD jungle because they offered the best price, and then got an email it would arrive within 14 days. In the next email that was reduced to 5 days, and in the end I received after just 2 days! A bit confusing but I was a happy bunny in the end.

    I thought that I would use CD Jungle as it was cheaper than the shops. I wish I hadn't because when I ordered my CD with plenty of time to give it as a gift, it did not arrive until months later. I tried tracking my order but it did not seem to exist despite the fact that I had been charged for the CD already. They did not appologise for the late arrival of my CD even when I emailed them to complain. Their customer service is appalling and I would urge anyone who is thinking of using this websit ...
