Had to put Cruppets Twice even on number 7. Warburtons Farmhouse wouldn't go in had to cut he tops off.Toasted only one side. We have bought Tefal for well over 25 years this is the worse item we've bought Going back Wednesday sorry.

owned this toaster for two years now. within the first year one pair of toasting slots gave up toasting and now the final pair has done the same. I liked the 'pop up' feature that allowed you to cancel the cycle and also the 'keep warm' feature. Shame it wasn't durable and built to last any longer. Has put me off buying same brand again.
