    Good Points: 'Salems Lot is a great mystery/thriller book. King's detailed descriptions give you a great image of every person, place, and thing in the book. King's storytelling builds suspense that keeps you hanging on the edge of yout seat and engaging your mind into the plot. This book provides the right amount of horror, suspense, and romance.


    Bad Points: For those that don't like long detailed descriptions, the beginning of the book may be slightly slow. I enjoyed the in-depth descriptions to give me a vivid image of the town of Jerusalem's Lot, but the beginning is not neccessarily action packed, but brilliantly descriptive.


    General comments: I really enjoyed reading Stephen King's, Salem's Lot. Suspense and mystery is built and developed very well. This book really makes you scared and awaiting what happens next. You can become attatched to the characters. Excellent thriller!
