Good Points: I learned more about weight loss in Kevin Trudeau Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You To Know About than over the past 42 years of my life. I suggest reading it through more than once and don't skip to the back for quick answers. Near the back of the book are pages that break down the do and don'ts of the weight loss cure. If you can't do everything he has listed you are able to do what is key to get the best results.

Bad Points: There are questions that I have now that I am on the plan that are not addressed in the book. I wish there had been a list of what you can take if you experience a cold, constipation, yeast infections, flu or other common ailments during phase two. I had to do a bit of research on the organic beef and a couple of others items that are not readily available in Iowa as in other larger cities.

General comments: I have been on phase two of the protocol and in 8 days I have lost 11 lbs. I have lost 4 inches off my oblique (between the bellybutton and hip area). I have four children and was thin my whole life before having them. I started the weight loss cure being 58lbs overweight. I am amazed at how easy it is to follow. I have a ton more energy. I am thankful for this book and that Kevin had the courage to write it. I can't wait to see what my results are at the end of phase two!

Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You To Know About is very informative. A must read for anyone who believes they can trust the government and major food and drug companies in the U.S.A. This book will change your life. It definitely changed mine in a very positive way.
