    Awesome customer service. Which is a must for all internet sites. The UK are lucky to have such a quality Internet Gamestore.

    The item arrived sooner than expected (considering where i live) the item was very well wraped and in excellent quality on arrival. (sadly the keyboard itself wasnt what i had in mind so i am returning it) i contacted GameSeek for more information on how to go through the returning process, i was replied to within the hour by Karl, who was very helpful (due to my own stupidity i had to contact him atleast 4 times for silly things) and each reply was very fast and very polite. this was my first t ...

    I ordered an HD cable from gameseek but it never arrived. I jumped through so many hoops for them to get a replacement. Eventually I raised a dispute with paypal and they were super-quick in replying after that!! I notice that some reviews say they don't have a telephone number - so anyone looking to contact them can so on 01606597041. They eventually gave up their contact number when I had sent 3 e-mails without response.

    Gameseek is a great website, i can't believe it's been rated 1.9/5! I've pre-ordered about 8 games from this website and they've ALWAYS delivered the game a day before the actual release date, they sent me GTA4 4 DAYS EARLY! 5/5 for me.

    Bought Aion online PC digital cop and cd-key. Credit card was charged by Gameseek but never got cd-key. Also my account has disappeared. Noone is answering my e-mails.

    I originally purchased an I-cheat from gameseek back in Nov 08 as a xmas gift. Unfortunatly the product became faulty a few months later so I contacted Gameseek, who were more than happy to replace the product, which was done with ease & speed & excellent customer services. Added to this approx 3 months later my son advised me that he had left a DS game in the faulty I-cheat (which by now had been returned months ago!).     Gameseek acted as if they hold the cheapest price for the PS3 Accessories, and added a £2 delivery! Making it the same as other retailers. £29.

    I specifically put a different alternate address but not for my invoice address, item was delivered to invoice address:/

    Customer service doesn't even know what they are talking about, chatting about they know Royal Mail and always lose items etc

    Gameseek is the best online selling company I ever tried. They're efficient, polite and very quick in processing the orders. The last object I bought was a pre-order and they delivered it before the actual date of release. Great shop!

    Its a shame there are so many negative reviews, but I guess people only bother to write when something goes wrong. Have had no problem with Gameseek, have ordered a few times now and everything has come quickly and in good condition. Have had no problems with customer service who have always answered quickly and politely.

    Guess that mostly people with a grouch are posting here. I am sure there must be others who are happy with the service.

    Much better than Amazon.

    Terrible company, recieved 1/2 my order 2+ weeks after the order date. The game was preowned, scratched to hell, box dented and they even had to cheek to re-shrink wrap the game. I'm "pretty" sure this all didnt happen during it's travel to me.

    Avoid Gameseek with all costs, this company is a joke.

    Gameseek is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. After waiting 2 weeks for a game I tried to contact them only to find out that they have no phone number. Sent several emails and after 4 weeks, no game and no replies I filed a claim with Paypal for a refund. Thankfully they do use Paypal so you can get your money back.

    I would avoid them like the plague!!!

    A perfect service from Gameseek. I purchased a Playseat Evolution and an accessory on a Friday night, and I received both items to my place of work on the following Tuesday morning.     As people tend to rather write bad reviews than good ones, here's a good one. I ordered a game for the xbox from Gameseek but they said it wasn't for sale anymore so I asked for the PS2 version. Before I knew it the difference in price was paid back to me (a big plus! Didn't even have to ask for it!) and the shipping was quite fast. I live in the Netherlands so it took a few days (with a weekend intervention), it arrived in excellent state. VERY good shop with a friendly customer service. Thanks ...

    Signed up to buy the Millennium Series Championship Paintball 2009 (Xbox-360) game which I couldn't get anywhere.
    It showed on www.gameseek.co.uk as in stock but hasn't been sent out.

    You can't phone them , they don't answer emails and this is the only way to cancel an order.

    I've ordered a fair few times from gameseek and I haven't had a problem yet. I have my items delivered to germany and they usually arrive within 2-3 days. The paypal option to pay is a real bonus too, and its a wonder more shops don't use this. Whenever I've had a problem or query it was dealt with quickly, and although the support isnt as immediate as other places since its just by email, I can't say I've ever had a problem that went unanswered or took too long with them.     I was slightly concerned about all the negative feedback here but I put that down to human nature in that we're more likely to take the effort to complain rather than praise a company, so I thought I should add a positive review to help bolster the rating.My experience with Gameseek was all good. A smooth ordering process with a clear order status, good communication and the item was delivered very quickly. You can't ask for more than that. I'd use them again!

    Ordered headphones from Gameseek for husbands birthday 2 weeks ago. Showed in stock, money taken from account. Still no delivery. Emailed through contacts us and still no reply.
