I was VERY impressed with equipment-express. The first camera that arrived was unfortunately faulty. I phoned them on the Saturday and on the Tuesday a new camera arrived with a return bag for the faulty camera. I had previously researched the price of the camera and I had an excellent deal as it came with a free 4gb card, case, mini tripod and a 3 year warranty.

I found this website, www.EquipmentExpress.co.uk., by accident and comparing prices it seemed very good. On further examination the camera I wanted was an extremely good price with no P&P, free courier service and four extras at no costs. The delivery was incredible, I ordered the camera at 11 pm Wednesday and it was delivered here at 2.30pm Thursday. If I had paid for the delivery I could not have had better. After looking though the web trying to look for a Lumix Gf-1. I came across this equipment express which gave the best value bundle. I have email them a couple of questions before purchase and they always answer promptly. Although the website is a bit confusing on the checkout but as soon as I phone them ( as they not have the colour that I want on the web and the shipping option). Having ordered a camera with Equipment Express we received it on wednesday as promised, in time for my daughters wedding. Customer care service excellent as to was the info provided and up to date email letting us know when we would get delivery and who would be delivering it. Certainly would recommend and would definately use again. A CREDIT TO INTERNET SHOPPIN thank-you very much for your service.

First class in every possible way!
My queries were answered very quickly and efficiently, and I was kept up to date with the progress of the order; delivery was prompt the following day.
Compared to other companies, Equipment Express not only offered the camera I wanted at a good price, but also offered many extras which other companies were charging for (for example, the 3 yr warranty). i ordered a canon eos 50d+18-200 lens from Equipment Express, they kept me informed by phone and email of order status when there was a delivery fault from canon. i would give equipment express a 10 out of ten.

I had researched the Canon Ixus 95 IS camera that I wanted online for a few days prior to purchasing. I had found it cheaper in quite a few places, but when I searched through the independent reviews on the other companies they were dreadful.

The reviews on Equipment Express were first class, so I decided that with the extras they were offering, and the free postage and packing, and the 3 years warranty, I would pay the extra for peace of mind.

Best service I've ever had from an online store and helpful telephone advice beforehand. Equipment Express is absolutely first class - ordered online Thursday morning - delivered 24 hours later (Friday morning) to Inverness, Scottish Highlands! First class service with no problems whatsoever.

Received excellent advice from Equipment Express when I wanted to purchase a new camera.
I ordered a Canon IXUS 95IS at a reasonable price and it was delivered the next day together with some very useful extras.
Unfortunately there was a fault with the camera as supplied (still in manufacturers packaging - therefore no fault of E.E.
The camera was returned to E.E. and by return, there was a new one.
Brilliant service.

Having decided that I was going to update the camera I had, I did a lot of research on the camera I wanted. I found that, although Equipment Express were not the cheapest, I was attracted by their 'Bundle' or 'Kit' offers. I took the plunge and ordered my camera. I ordered a newly released Casio camera from Equipment Express and received a call about half an hour later to tell me that they had run out of the colour I ordered but did have the remaining colour options. After speaking to me they called Casio to check when the next shipment would be delivered to them and called me back to let me know and see what I wanted to do. I ordered a Panasonic Lumix TZ5 from Equipment Express. I was called the following day to explain there maybe a problem with the order (panasonic had called them to say may not be able to meet full demand for order) called back following day and told me they had recieved all cameras and package would be with me tomorrow. Next day arrived at half 10. Good customer service, I appreciated being kept up to date. Good Customer Service, Good Price & Good Extras

I ordered the IXUS 80IS just before noon and the following day it was delivered to my place of work before 10am. Excellent service, would highly recommend and will use again.

On a serious note, I would highly reccomend Equipment Express, yes of course they cannot promise 100% customer satisfaction, that is impossible, some people live to complain. If you have any doubts about using this company let my review put your mind at ease. By the way my Nikon D90 is superb.

I received the camera within 24 hours of ordering from Equipment Express, and I live in a very remote location.
Price, this was the cheapest price I could find on the internet, also came with a really good carry case not one of those cheap plastic ones and a small tripod, all free with the camera. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I desired a multifunctional digital camera and Equipment Express had supplied what I required and provided the item within 48 hours of ordering online. Equipment Express provided excellent customer service throughout the ordering process; up until receipt of the order. I would always consider using Equipment Express upon future requirement of further digital camera supplies. I found Equipment Express to be internet shopping as it should be. I was able to phone them and speak to someone in person to check whether the item was in stock and was then informed by e-mail to say that the item had been despatched.
It was like traditional shopping by modern methods and I would definately use them again.

Equipment Express have a very good bundle price chepper than all the others and a very easy to use web site. I ordered at 14.05 arived before 11.00 next day free delivery. Very happy.
