    Good Points: none


    Bad Points: didn't receive goods or get my £170 back i am a single parent who had a very sad little boy on Christmas day of 2005 when he had no present to open thank you mydv.co.uk.


    General comments: People like this should not be allowed a business i wouldn't mind but i made my order in the begginnig of november so there are no exscuses.

    I do not know what to say about My DV other than I was lucky to get my PSP!
    I had ordered it in September 2005, but I got it after 2 or 3 weeks!!!

    If I had cancelled it when I finally got hold of customer service, I might not have credited back the full amount!!!

    I got my PSP, and I have not got any problems, but it was a Japanese version with a Japanese manual!!!

    A load of rubbish, do not touch My DV.I ordered a PSP for my son it arrived, we never opened it because we had cancelled the item, after 5 months still waiting for them to collect and refund. Did open it last week, and the screen has a line right across it, much as I expected.

    Guys - thought I'd just drop a note to say. I also had a product not delivered by MY DV around Xmas, and was also overcharged when it was converted to £s from $s. It turns out it was not a reputable company and it was forced to close down in January. Someone has written a complete website about how to get your money back.     Order PSP Last November for Xmas delivery, My DV took more money than was shown on my invoice, said they would give me a refund, but they didn't. I asked for a full refund as my PSP didn't arrive, and they said yes, no problem after offering me a further discount. Until this day I have still not received my refund! Do not order from this site.

    I ordered 2 PSP's from My DV on November 30th (money was instantly taken from my credit card) and I was guaranteed a Christmas delivery.

    I spoke to customer services, both by phone and by live chat, and each time I was advised the goods would ship the next day.

    Eventually I received the goods on 15th January. Neither of them are compliant with a UK power supply (I believe them to have been bought on the Japanese market then shipped from the US). One is already destroyed due to the power su ...

    BE VERY WARY OF BUYING FROM THEM !!!!!
    My DV do not tell you the prices are not correct - they charge in dollars so more money comes out of your acct. I purchased a PSP in Nov 2005 at a cost of 169.00 they took 183.00 from my bank account.
    The PSP arrived for Japanese sale only, the instructions written in Japanese. I sent this back and am still waiting for a refund. My bank is looking into debit card dispute to try and get the money back.

    I ordered a £319 Canon G6 from mydv on 8th December, it still hasnt arrived. The money taken from my account was £328 for the US dollar conversion. The London telephone number diverts to the USA and the domain registrar is also based in America! I have sent them lots of emails

    I purchased a PSP on 16th November from My Dv.co.uk. It is now March and I still have not received anything from them. I have sent hundreds of emails without any reply and am so disappointed.

    I ordered a PSP from My DV on the 19th of November 2005, and it's now the 19th of February 2006. I still have no PSP, and I have sent hundreds of emails, but I have had no reply. They also added an extra £6.00 on to my bill.

    I ordered 2 iPod Nano's from My DV on 11th December 2005. I got through to them eventually in the second week of January. I was promised a full refund. As yet I have had nothing, and it is impossible to get in contact with them.

    I ordered a PSP on 12th October for £149.95. My DV took £182.56 from my account almost straight away, which I questioned and they told me the difference was due to the USD conversion rate?! After discovering that the PSP was not a UK version anyway, I cancelled the order. They did refund me but only £165.84! For 4 months now I have been calling and emailing them but with no luck. They still owe me £16.72. Doesn't look like they are in business anymore as there is no websi ...

    Ordered my Fuji Finepix camera on the 8th December 05 , My DV said I will still receive my camera on time Honest! Several phone calls later still no camera they said it would be here in time for Xmas. Guess what no camera and no phone answered and no website, so they must of packed up and left us with no goods that we have paid for

    I ordered a PSP off My DV on the 20th November 2005 to this day I have had no refund and no PSP despite contacting My DV on several occasions (when you eventually find a number of theres that works). THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY OFF YOU PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!

    I ordered 3 iPod Nano's at a cost of £419.97 from My DV on December 27th 2005 as a birthday present, and I was promised they would be delivered on time. The money was taken from my credit card, and now the birthday is gone, and no present or refund,

    I have emailed and phoned several times, and had no response what-so-ever, and I am still waiting for the goods or refund of my money.

    I have now contacted my bank to get a refund, and I will be be taking further action!

    I ordered a PSP on 15/11/2005 from My DV, and after waiting for approximately 1 month I decided to cancel my order and buy one from the shop (as they were back in high street stores around this time). I was promised a refund within 5-10 business days, and this was on 13/12/2005. As you can guess, I have received neither the PSP or the refund.

    They also took £5 more than they should have done, since my order was converted into USD$ on my credit card bill. I have reported this company to ...

    I ordered a PSP from My DV for Christmas and it did not arrive. I cancelled the order the first week in January, and I am still awaiting a refund.

    I ordered an iPod Nano from My DV on December 9th as a Christmas present, and I was promised delivery on time. The money was taken from my SWITCH card.

    Christmas has come and gone, and no present!

    I have emailed and phoned several times, and finally cancelled on January 4th. I was promised a refund within 7 to 10 business days, plus an email confirming cancellation. I have received neither!

    I definitely wouldn't recommend My DV. They will take your money (and then some more), and when you have a problem you will not be able to get hold of their imaginary customer service department.

    Bought a PSP on credit card for the amount of £169.95. My DV took more than they should have , never delivered the item and as a result the item got cancelled. Then lay the task of getting a refund. More lies and more waiting. I contacted Lloyds TSB and told them of the sordid affair. I got a refund within 4 days - NEVER SHOP WITH MY DV - BE WARNED!
