    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Ignored emails and refused to honour contract


    General comments: I entered a mobile phone contract with The Mobs and returned all documents for line rental refund, as requested. They confirmed that they had received them and that all was in order. They refused to refund line rental as per their contract!

    I have since read numerous reviews by people with similar experiences. How they are allowed to remain traders is beyond belief?

    I would recommend in the strongest terms possible that people avoid this company!

    The Mobs have invoiced me for a mobile phone that I have never received. In fact they say I owe them £47 plus £450 costs!!!! When I ask them to provide me with proof of delivery, I get no response. However, I get several letters a week from their debt collectors threatening to call & take personal possessions! Unbelievable! Although, I contact them continuously, their letters say I have not responded! I would NOT recommend anyone buys their phones from The Mobs or Three as Thre ...

    All in all I regret ever using The Mobs to provide my mobile phone, as their promise of free accessories doesn't happen, as after 10 months and numerous phone calls and emails I am still no closer to receiving them. They no longer seem interested in you after you have received the handset.
