Good Points: Friendly staff
Bad Points: Not as fast as I would have liked, but I think that was the Endowment Provider, not Brunel.
General comments: I got much more money than I thought I would have. What a result.
I took my whole family away and had a lot of change left over from the compensation I received with the help of the Brunel Franklin endowment mortgage compensation claim service..

I have just spoken to Brunel Franklin, who have been dealing with my claim for compensation on my endowment policy, on which I have a frightening shortfall. I have been told I am time barred, which in English means I am too late to make a claim.
They say they have a way (they explained it to me in secret) of maybe getting me my money back.
They tell me nearly 2 million policies are time barred.
I just thought you might like to know that there may be a way of winning. Ask them yourself. ...
