  General comments: My boyfriend bought me an 'Emmedesign original' black cat clutch as a surprise for my birthday, (I'd never even heard of Emmedesign before) I was almost speechless. He doesn't normally buy this sort of thing for me, for him to find such a unique accessory I almost believed that he really dose understand what I like. It was beautifully wrapped, had a tag attached which had the bag's name and the story of how my bag was once an old leather jacket, all typed with an old typewriter. Its just wow and made me feel quite special. The bag is made like you would expect from a one off, not like it was made in some sweatshop in the Far East. You can look at the stitching and know that the designer could probably remember each and every one of them. All my friends love it and I regularly get asked where its from.
  
  Their web site is full of many interesting pieces and I have already requested a couple more from my boyfriend for Christmas.
