Because of the fact that 02 , 3, Tesco Mobile and Vodafone are the only competitors and they're absolute rubbish, I wouldn't give Meteor a wholly negative review. I've been with them for years, religiously topping up every month to get my free calls and texts to other Meteor customers. Rarely do I have much trouble with it. There's a trick to calling voicemail and not getting charged, you have to call your own number but put a "5" after the 085. That way, you're technically making a call to another Meteor number. It's a pain that you get charged for calling Customer Support now though. With my plan, it costs 50c; that's exorbitant. I've started on a new mobile plan because I'm sick of being charged literally every day for using the internet when I definitely didn't even turn the browser on or flick to my FB widget. I get 250mb of data per day but if I'm using my phone for internet, I'll use it through my laptop and I definitely will use more than 250mb. Now I have Internet at home though, so I shouldn't need that any more. I'll post an update in a month if I think of it, talking about this price plan.

I am generally happy with the service of my phone, I don't like contacting customer service as they tend to be slow and not totally informed on the company's policy's.

Overall Meteor do offer a good service and do save you money but Tesco Mobile have some very attractive services now for Irish customers!!
