    I am writing this review because of my recent dealings with Roma Manufacturers.

    We recently had a problem with our caravan, so, we went back to where we bought our caravan from. They really didn't want to know us, so we contacted the Roma factory and spoke to one of the managers there. He's advice to us was, if we could to bring our caravan down to them, (as we live in NSW) and they would fix our problem and have us back on the road the same day.

    On our arrival at the factory, we were greeted pleasantly by staff and they had someone dealing with our problem with-in minutes. We couldn't have been happier with their back-up service, and nothing was a problem to them, from the managers to their staff.

    We are very happy with our Roma caravan, and it's good to know that the Roma name stands behind their well built caravans. Thank you Roma Caravans.

    Maybe it is difficult to get some spares but with a little enginuity it is possible without compremising the caravana and it's looks The caravan if great for people of a certain age and in our case disabilities as we have a permanent bedroom with all the comforts of home. Although a dry van we have comprimised by having a sink and whale pump put in. But draw the line at a loo.     Luxury on wheels the best of the best. The fine seating the fine formica very good fridge very good cooker very good blown heating solid panels does not matter what age ther always dry as a bone solid floor very good long lasting caravan.

    Great quality van that is built for Australian road and climate conditions.
    Roma staff are extremely helpful and give experienced advice on layouts and fittings as required.
    A good Aussie van that is hard to beat ie; value = quality.

    Hola,I have a Roma Special Supreme and am living in it in the South of Spain.I need two replacement windows,(1mx1.35m) also replacement parts for the gas heater.Any information will be greatfully recieved.Cheers Alfie.
