    Good Points: The internet and the customer service department are efficient and make the whole experience very professional.


    Bad Points: The initial sales person did not fully explain the additional costs associated with "administration charges" by the manufacturer. I think it is important for the sales person to explain what is covered and what is not.


    General comments: Overall the contact hire rate was extremely competitive and I have been pleasantly surprised how easy it is to contract hire a car. The total process from proposal to delivery has been no more than 3 weeks.
    Just to reiterate the point about inclusion. I believe it is incumbent upon the seller to describe the item being contracted. Road tax, fuel on delivery should all be set out at the beginning.
    I feel this has been a great experience, keep it up.

    Freedom Vehicle Contracts arranged my contract hire quickly and efficiently. Freedoms leasing prices appear to be very competitive and I personally found the staff very helpful and friendly. The car arrived as arranged but with a minor scratch to the stereo face, I contacted Freedom who helped sort out the problem and the stereo was replaced.
