I paid £150 7 years ago! The sound quality and bass on this surround system is really good I use it with fibre-optic to my pc that has Dolby Digital 5.1 on RealTek chip and have been blasting music out of this thing for the last 7 years. It rivals the fortune a friend spent on a separate amp and speaker system. The only niggle I have now is the bearing in the fan has gone so it makes a slight noise but doesn't bother me as when its on its playing music and cant be heard over 500watts! :) (read more)

The DVD unit is really nice and modern. The centre speaker is nice and long. The sound is astronomical. It's brilliant for playing music, but best for movies. It has got a USB port so you can plug your MP3 into it, and listen to it through the DVD player, and it displays all the songs on the TV. It also has a nice bassy... (read more)
