Got set of these pans and knives cos advertised in what I thought to be a reputable magazine. Knives rusted in no time. Handles on pans have zero insulation from what I can see. I wouldn't even give them away to someone.

I purchased the 5 piece red ceramic frying pan set through wowcher! Thought this was too good to be try and it is! They look good but are dreadful. Mine are completely ruined by normal cooking and everything sticks and burns! They are now unusable after a few months!!! Do not buy!

Placed an order and redeemed on Wowcher on 27 Nov 2015 for the 5 pc ceramic pan set paid £17.99 and paid an additional £24.98 with delivery on the jean patrique website for the knife set. Never received the delivery. I ordered battery salt and pepper milks ams a battery can opener. They sent me plastic pill boxes.I complained on the phone 3 times asking for them to semd what I ordered. They REFUSED until they received back the plastic pill boxes. Which they at first said they wouldnot pay for postage! Eventually they agreed to refund postage..This was said in email. It has taken a month to get the money back I paid for the salt/pepper mils..but still I am out of pocket for 4.99 for recorded delivery to send back items I did not order. Today I have again demanded my money..And said I would go to trading standards. I am very upset and would urge anyone not go near this company.

Ordered 2 sets of knives and a knife block, after two months, twenty emails and two subsequent telephone calls they have arrived !!! At the same time I ordered salt and pepper grinders, they never arrived and when I checked my bank statement the money had been returned to my account, nothing was ever mentioned to me, email, telephone, nothing !!! I really think that this company needs to get its act together, customer service by email is non existent, by telephone they are pretty good but I for one will never use them again. They really should try to keep the client satisfied !!!

Received a second set of pans as first was faulty, I asked for a refund. Still waiting for a refund, including my return postage for the first pans. The ceramic pans, were collected by a courier (theirs), nearly 2 weeks ago, and there's no tracking available after 11th Feb! I have emailed their customer service several times over the last 2 months, and I sometimes get a reply a few days later. The response from them was rather rude "We will advise you once the pans are back" Will email again later and give them 7 days to send refund in full.

Complete and utter tat - unusable would not assemble. Cheap and shoddy. It cost me £4.99 to receive this rubbish and will cost as much again to return items. My advice is do not purchase from this amateur company

purchased set of saucepans in september when they arrived one handle was missing informed sender of problem. handle arrived after two weeks but no fittings.contacted them on numerous occasions to no avail.it would be no problem getting a screw but the spacer is a different problem.it is now december 5th and still nothing.purchased this product through wowcher. i wonder if they know the way this rubbish company operates.(personally i think they operate from a garden shed).

I ordered and received a ceramic frying pan from Jean-Patrique. This is not the first ceramic pan I have bought and so I knew to how to use them. On the first occasion the pan was used to cook an omelette and the pan surface was badly discoloured.

Jean Patrique were really good at replacing a damaged cheese board, but I am still waiting for the refund promised for the postage incurred sending back the damaged item. The first payment was apparently sent out on the 03/10/14....but over a month later 2 more cheques have got "lost in the post".

Dont buy on jean patriques cookware!!!!! Most especially when they deliver it. You will not receive your order at all!!! You pay for nothing!!!!!! Just a waste of time and waste of money!!!!!! I ordered from them and they said I refuse the order but I have not receive/heard from them!!!! Im in the house 24/7!!!! Please dont buy here! Im telling you now!!!

I ordered a set of ceramic pans at the beginning of February. When they arrived, two of the pans had faults in the ceramic coating. One was near the handle and I thought I could accept that. But the fault in the small pan was on the base and would affect the cooking. I got a return code by email and sent the pan back. After many emails I got a replacement pan on 9th June but it had a bigger fault and no handle. There was no refund postage.They say they sent the postage refund. They want me to stay in all day from 9.00am till 7.00pm for the latest pan to be collected or pay postage again.What a shambles. I wish I had never replied to their advertisement.I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.

I did not order the pan set but i did order a set of ceramic pans (3 pans and 2 lids reduced from £129.99 down to £29.99) having ordered then read the reviews i was a little concerned but my order arrived within 7 days of order so cant fault the delivery, the quality is not the best but you get what you pay for and they are fit for purpose

BOTTOM LINE - DON'T USE. Website payment point nightmare with repeated "spam", frying pan set poor quality & customer service not worth its weight in guano. Ordered a frying pan set using a Wowcher deal. I really should have stopped the order when I was bombarded with 4 deals and an postage rate upgrade before I even finished the transaction. Item was delivered but one of the frying pan lid handles was broken. The frying pans and lids even had to be put together!! An email was sent a week later asking for a new lid handle with pictures of the damage. There has been no reply or acknowledgement of this email. Moved onto calling the expensive 10p per min customer service number. BAD IDEA as without fail you are put on hold every time you call - use say no to 08 premium nos website'. 1st time requested a replacement lid handle I was told 'I have the lid in my hand right now and will post it today'. 1 week later I was told it was posted a week ago it should be with me any day now. 2 weeks later 'the request is with the warehouse... but it looks like they never sent it. I will request it now'. 3 weeks later after being cut off 3 times (once during a "please hold I need to talk to my manager")I was told 'I will ask the warehouse manager to call you as the request is with them and I can't track the parcel here'. 2 hrs later I call asking why the the warehouse manager hasn't called 'looking at the records it looks like we are out of stock but will be restocking in July when a pan can be sent'. I don't see any pan lid coming in this lifetime! Now I have their phone number I will call them just to harass them as I have free mins on my mobile.

purchased ceramic pans, outer packaging intact but box containing pans looked as if it had been in a fight with two dogs, inside 1 damaged lid and a broken lid handle, tried to contact them on premium rate number only to be told after the speil about recording messages , that they were closed, Tried to email but they dont have a customer service , you have to write or call tge premium fone number. One unhappy EX customer and ill make sure all my contacts know about them.

Purchased an offer through wowcher despite reading bad reviews as really wanted the ceramic pans but have never recieved them. Finally after emailing them everyday for two weeks and being told my replacement order was in the post have been told ill have to wait for stock to come in after may 18th 2014!! Omg!! I never expect to get these but am going to make sure i report th to everyone that will listen including trading standards.

Purchased a motorized salt and pepper set special offer where the postage exceeded the cost. Both received damaged and were of very poor quality, returned the set,only the cost of the set refunded, not the excessive postage cost. E-mailed customer service, automated response saying they would try and reply within 6 hours but allow 24 hours that was 11 days ago! AVOID

I bought an expensive set of bioceramic pans as these seem to be a healthier way of cooking as you do not need oil. After waiting 28 days to receive the pan set it took 3 weeks for the frying pan handle to fall off! I contacted the company and they said that they would send a replacement. That was in November 2013 and I am still waiting. Jan 2014 I noticed the bioceramic lining in the pans was flaking off and the location lugs for the pan lids had worn off. I contacted the customer service and was told to send photos of the issues. I sent the photos and then the company demanded all the pans back to investigate the problem. When I explained that I only have this pan set so I cannot send all the pans back I was told I could eat take out for the next few weeks!!! When I requested a date when the frying pan would arrive I was told that they had no record of agreeing to send a replacement frying pan. I am more annoyed at the fact that the only reason I used this company was because they were advertising in the BBC Good Food Guide and I assumed that they must be OK otherwise they would not be in such a good publication. I have raised the issue with the Good Food guide and they have told me that they will not be dealing with this company again.

The staff lied to me over and over again and in the end after a lot of phone calls a customer service person owned up that the item was not in stock and had not been for weeks we were never going to get the 10 piece cookware set part of an offer. Would I use this company again no.
