Had to order a bath really quickly! Delivery date on order was further ahead than that stated online initially, but a quick call to customer services and they were able to bring delivery forward a bit. “Fault”

At first was v impressed, then when ensuites fitted the toilet was too big. On the plan was plenty of leg room, in reality too close to wall. Had to pay extra to change the loo!!! I am now having problem as sink has started to get thin grey lines under the glaze. Bathstore saying not a fault but when you google it it is a fault, caused by stress with the ceramic and glaze. Be absolutely certain before you place an order with Bathstore because if you cancel the next day they will certainly make you wait for the return your money. It is now 26 days since I cancelled and have not received a return. They do say in their terms and conditions 'upto 28 days' and they are obviously sticking to the maximum time limit. “Great service from the St Helens branch”

As we are completely renovating a house we came in wanting to order 5 bathrooms. He was brilliant. Not pushy, giving us the options, not trying to sell the most expensive product, listening to our needs and then providing us with computer generated images to show what it would be like in situ. Poor customer Service and after care. Wrong item sent. One of my deliveries was damaged. I had to email the CEO in the end to get someone to deal with the issues. “Dreadful service, poor throughout”

My experience with Bathstore was appalling. To list the cacophony of errors from start to finish would take too long and would bore the reader. All I need say is that I will never again use Bathstore (look around folks, there are so many other places to go), because of their lack of skill, knowledge, customer service and care. “Don't buy a bath from teh Bath Store”

Ordered a bathroom suit from the Bath Store which was delivered on 29th January all parts were checked and were fine. Due to us not living in the house the bathroom suit was fitted over the next few week and the end result was great. We moved in to the 12th March and by the 2nd May I had noticed a small hairline crack in the bath, so contacted the store who informed my to take pictures and send them through to the Gateshead store and they would send them to the technical team. “sales people not knowledgeable enough”

While friendly, the sales staff do not know enough about plumbing or design. Also they sold us 2 items we did not require and failed to order an essential part leading to delays and much inconvenience for the fitter and ourselves. I'm sure we could have got the same service and products and service cheaper in a DIY store… Read Full Review

“Brilliant”

Ordered on line everything in stock, great delivery no problems, nothing to say only well done. I would recommend the service and products to anyone, the overall quality was first class, and with a ten year guarantee who could ask for more. The price was good but the quality was excellent. “Faulty item which they knew about, still sent to me”

Received a toilet the other day, and our plumber installed it, only to find a leak. When he disconnected the loo and had a look underneath, he found a small crack in the base of the pan which had a dab of sealant on it.... I called bathstore to tell them and get a replacement and the earliest this can be delivered is 4 days from now. “Poor Customer Service”

Although I did order the wrong item, I expected the return process to be straight forward. I called customer service to ask them if I could return an item without the box, as the box had been taken from the premises, to which I was told that it would not be a problem and to take it to my local store. “They don't know there sales codes”

Having somehow lost a fixing screw to hold the plate to the W.C. in place, to which the soft close seat attaches, i decided to save time and order a replacement unit. I entered all the details as per the original delivery note and had delivery within two days. That now completes the good news, on opening the package I discovered that the distance between the fixing position has now been changed -- despite the ordering code still being the same as for the original seat. Overall very good quality product. Especially as it was on sale and I got an additional £10 for searching for a code online. Also a quidco related brand so I got some % cash back. My only downside is I collected the product and the staff were very helpful in opening the gate to the car park etc but they gave me someone else's cupboard! Not ideal!
