“making things work”

your life becomes much easier when you have a wire basket for soap and shampoo that is fixed to the wall and not on suction pads which keeps dropping to the floor because it is not fit for purpose. It is also brilliant to have a proper toilet holder enclosing the toilet roll, so that the toilet roll does not keep falling off the end every time you reach for it. Website ordering straightforward, so far have purchased a Saniform steel bath and Savoy Edwardian basin with chrome washstand; matching WC to be ordered shortly. It is difficult as to where to begin with this company. I have never received such appalling and shoddy service and workmanship. I use that last term very loosely as the work that these people performed shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as workmanship. It all started after I had ordered and paid "in Full" for the products and installation. I have purchased most of the required items for a full bathroom renovation project at the bath store. It was convenient to order everything in one place and have it all delivered together. I did, however, have a bit of a problem where the delivery company forgot to include the bath me bath panels in the delivery order and we had to have these items delivered separately at a later date. Needed a whole new bathroom. Went into our local branch, at first the staff were very happy to help took me through everything. For me customer service is very important and that's what I got at first....... As soon as I handed over the money it felt like the attitude changed towards me. Bought an incorrect item. Phoned immediately to cancel. Customer services line was busy, out through to over flow. Cancelled order and was told customer service would confirm when quieter. i bought a set of bathroom suite with basin, from their kingson branch. it turned out the basin was damaged on transit (split in two parts), when i took it back, i was told i had to report any broken items in 7 days and staff in branch was rude and didn't even help, other than saying, if i wanted a replacement i had to pay for new one!!!!! my builders were amazed, how could building site (i was doing a full house refurb) open and check every item on 6 month project!!!!!! had to folk out… Read Full Review

We advise in our terms and conditions that would have been explained to you in store at the time of sale that all items must be opened and checked within the first seven days after the delivery has been made. “If you don't want flat packed beware! ”

Having spent over £3000 on bathroom furniture I was disgusted to find when it arrived that the furniture was flat packed. This was not made clear by the assistant or indeed in the brochure. There is a range of budget furniture which specifies that it comes flat packed so I assumed that all other furniture was assembled otherwise why put this for one range and not others. Most of the items that we supply are flat packed, this is to limit the amount of damage that could be caused to products during their transit. “When is guarantee not a guarantee ”

I purchased an entire bathroom in 2013. I noted the 10year guarantee. In April 2016 I turned on the shower and water poured from the shower control. My son turned off the hot water supply as this was the only way to stop the torrent of water. This, of course, ttUrned off the hot water supply to the whole house. . I am very sorry to hear that you are having this issue and that you are unhappy with the advise and information that you have been provided. All of our items are covered by a warranty however as with any product workable parts are covered by a separate warranty, in the case of a cartridge this is 12 months. We do supply care instructions with all of our valves and taps which advise on how the cartridge should be cared for and maintained to ensure that should you live in a hard water area a build up of limescale does not effect this. We advise that this maintenance procedure is completed once a year however this may need to be completed more often if you do live in a particularly hard water area. Once again please accept my apologies that you remain unhappy with this,

“Garantee worthless - NON-univesal fittings discontinued”

Life time guarantee ???? BUT when they stop doing the fittings for your sanitary ware, discontinue the product, change the fittings to your toilet seat BEWARE you cannot get them anywhere else!!!! I bought a bathroom from them and needed to change one of the hinges as it had broken. First I was told that they don't stock my hinges & the new ones wouldn't fit my toilet, so I would need to buy a whole NEW toilet & seat. Good afternoon It is very disappointing to read your comments regarding this issue and to hear that you are not happy. All of our toilet seats are covered by a 2 year warranty period in which should there be any manufacturing defect we would always look at replacing the product to resolve our customers issue. From time to time products are updated in design however we are unable to keep replacement parts for all of the items that we supply indefinitely. It is unfortunate that in your case we are no longer able to provide these replacement hinges and I would like offer my apologies for any disappointment caused by this.

“Appalling customer service”

I ordered and paid for a mirror and was told I would be notified when my item arrive in store. I did not get a phone call, e-mail or text. When I contacted they store they confirmed my mirror had arrived in store and was ready for collection. I went to collect the mirror, after over fifteen minutes of waiting and not being acknowledge by staff I decided to leave and will try again another day. I bought cloakroom toilet set as well as cabinet and mirror When the plumbing engineer installing thr bathroom he found the mirror was broken the staff at the bathstore said that i should have checked but i was advised to count the items to ensure accurate number of items delivered by the logistic company . Sorry I dont agree ,i was asked to check the correct number of items. Been delivered no way You would not expect me to take the heavy bathroom items out of boxes to check it is impossible, i would like to question the company if someone buy expensive tiles and you would not expect the purchaster to check every box bring out every single tiles to see if they are damaged or not it is not feasible . In my case the plumbing engineer could not start the job and I had to engage another engineer every other item was ok it was the mirror was cracked in the packaging. It is a matter of principle i am sorry the attitude of your staff left a bitter taste in my mouth not acceptable .
