Very good website for hotel search, they give lots of filters which really helped since we needed to book a hotel in Florence, Italy in a very specific area. Hotel was exactly where we needed it and true to descriptions given. Overall very happy with results.

Having used Venere on several occasions I find the website easy to use and gives me the information I need from the start. Also when there have been problems e.g. volcanic ash clouds, Venere have been very helpful in rearranging and resolving problems/issues.

Venere.com worked well for us on several European bookings. When I needed to make changes to reservations, Venere.com was completely useless. Other people have said that they got double-booked, double-charged, etc. This is certainly possible. To avoid confusion, I called the hotels directly when changes to the reservation were needed. This was not always simple and defeats the need for using venere.com in the first place, but it worked. The reason I used venere.com in the first place was that I found them to have a better online booking formula, making it easier for me to search for family accommodations (4 people) only. I would use them again. It works.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Venere.com. Not once have I entered a hotel that i have booked through Venere and felt that I have been misled. I recommend Venere to all of my clients!

I use Venere for all my overseas hotel booking. I have used the website for years and have always been happy with the structure of the website, the detail it provides and how easy it is to select an hotel based on cost and location. I would recommend it to everyebody (and have already done so)

It is easy to book a room and a lot to choose from. Nice presentation of the offered accommodations with texts and images. Good to be able to quickly see where the hotel is situated in the city and distances to tourist attractions. And last but not least moderate prices, no fees and often free cancellation.

We received the best response in any consultation. Is very good the way we could reserve withoputpaying nothing.
