    Good Points: Great Weather in the Dominican Republic - friendly people at Puerto Plata Beach and Casino 16b

    Bad Points: bad service

    General comments: The room was great, the people friendly but the service was bad - I was booked into the wrong room with which had no utensils neccesary for a Self catering holiday. When People tried to contact me from england - the reception didn't even know I existed. When any complaints were made about this, hollow promises were made about sorting the issues out, either that or they didn't even care!!. This was the only complaint I had about the holiday, but it could have been really bad - If I had had an accident or was in a hospital somewhere, my relatives may not have even known that I had arrived!!.
