Chanel's eyeliner product contains both the eyeliner ( which comes in 9 shades) and a sponge applicator to blend it with. It is my favorite eyeliner because of its easy and even application, though most of the time I do not use the sponge applicator because it is not the best "smudger". With a retail price of about $30, it is a bit expensive, but the eyeliner itself is the best I have ever had. (read more)
