    Am surprised to read complaints about IMG. I was never really sick, but was impressed that they paid for regular preventive care up to $250 and paid my claims for these services promptly.

    We had purchased this insurance for my parents visiting from another country. IMG did not pay a single claim for their doctors inpatient visits. According to their policy, they were supposed to pay 55/-$ per office visit. They paid 10/-$ claiming that they had subtracted the deductable. Hah! ANother thing, THEY DID NOT REPRICE THE CLAIM SENT BY THE DOCTOR. They said the doctor was out of the PPO network when he was not. This is the worst claim anyone could purchase.
